What Data Will Be Deleted?
When your account deletion request is processed, the following associated data will be permanently removed from our active databases:
- Your personal profile (username, email address, password hashes)
- Your saved Roblox skin creations, custom textures, and clothing previews
- Your saved favorites, downloads, and app settings
- Your mobile app user identifier and analytics history
Data Retention & Processing Time
- Processing Window: Account deletion requests are typically completed within 7 to 30 days.
- Confirmation: Once your data has been purged, you will receive a final confirmation email at your registered address.
- Retention Exceptions: Anonymized analytical logs and financial transaction receipts may be retained briefly if required by legal or tax obligations.
